오류를 알려 주실 때
사용한 기기와 브라우저, 발생 시각과 시간대, 오류가 난 화면 주소, 선택한 단계, 화면에 보인 오류 문구를 적어 주세요. 문의 제목은 ‘로드로그 이용 오류’처럼 적으시면 됩니다. 저주가 실제로 일어났는지 확인하는 서비스는 제공하지 않습니다.
부적절한 결과 신고
죽음·질병·상해·협박·차별·개인정보가 담긴 결과를 발견하면 발생 시각과 단계, 문제 구절을 알려 주세요. 신고에 필요한 범위로만 인용하고 실명·연락처는 가려 주세요. 접수 후 해당 내용과 생성 방식을 검토합니다. 다른 사람에게 결과를 보내 대응을 요구하지 마세요.
비회원 기록 삭제
삭제를 원하시면 이용 시각과 해당 결과의 식별 정보 등 본인 기록을 찾는 데 필요한 최소 정보로 문의해 주세요. 같은 브라우저에서 보관함을 열 수 있는지도 알려 주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다. 남의 기록을 요청할 수는 없으며 확인되지 않는 기록의 접근·삭제를 보장하지 않습니다. 쿠키를 지우면 접근은 끊기지만 서버 기록 삭제 요청과는 다릅니다.
예전 구매와 환불
홈 아래 ‘예전 구매 내역’에서 로그인해 구매하신 결과를 확인할 수 있습니다. 환불은 취소·환불 정책을 참고하고 주문 확인에 필요한 최소 정보로 문의해 주세요. 비밀번호, 카드번호 전체, 인증번호는 보내지 마세요.

광고가 보이지 않아도 무료 저주를 이용할 수 있습니다. 광고 클릭을 요청하거나 보상하지 않습니다. 데이터 처리와 광고 쿠키는 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요. 이 페이지의 이메일 링크를 누르면 사용 중인 메일 앱이 열리며 자동으로 발송되지는 않습니다.

For technical problems
Include your device and browser, the time and time zone, page URL, selected level and the exact error message. “RoadLog support” is a suitable subject. We do not investigate whether a fictional curse came true.
Report inappropriate results
If a result contains threats, death, illness, injury, discrimination or private information, tell us the level, approximate generation time and the relevant passage. Quote only what is needed and remove real names and contact details. We review reported content and generation behaviour. Do not send the result to another person to demand a response.
Guest record deletion
Provide only the information needed to locate your own record, such as its identifier and approximate creation time. Tell us whether the collection is still accessible in the same browser. You cannot request someone else’s record; access or deletion cannot be guaranteed when ownership cannot be verified. Clearing a cookie removes browser access but is different from requesting server-side deletion.
Past purchases
Use Past purchases on the home footer to sign in. Read the refund policy and contact us with the minimum order details. Never send passwords, full card numbers or verification codes.
Ads and privacy
Free curses remain available when ads are unavailable. We do not request or reward ad clicks. Read the privacy policy for data processing and advertising cookies. The email link opens your own mail app and does not send a message automatically.
